Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort & Spa Krabi, Ao Nang

The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. While the staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Ron, who was fantastic, the overall conditions left something to be desired. The room I had on the first floor was dark and poorly maintained. On the bright side, the pools were enjoyable, though quite crowded at times. As for value, I felt it could have been better, given some of the facilities were lacking.

The atmosphere was mostly relaxing, but the noise from the door lock alarms was quite disruptive, especially in the early mornings. The service was helpful and attentive, making my stay feel special.
